Key Responsibilities
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, focusing on yield enhancement and waste reduction.
- Conduct pilot studies and scale-up trials for optimized process conditions.
- Collaborate with plant operators and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to monitor process performance.
- Prepare reports detailing process improvements, cost savings, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on optimization.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
