Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with plant operators and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to monitor process performance.
• Prepare reports detailing process improvements, cost savings, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on optimization.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
