Chemical Engineer - Production Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to the production team, addressing operational issues promptly.
• Monitor key process parameters and implement improvements to optimize yield and throughput.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production disruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in safety reviews and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Support capital projects related to plant upgrades and modifications.

Requirements

• BSc or equivalent in Chemical Engineering .
• 2-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or plant support role.
• Good understanding of chemical processes and unit operations.
• Familiarity with process monitoring and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
