Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of chemical engineering projects according to defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new processes and plant modifications.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and suppliers, providing regular project updates.
• Troubleshoot project-related technical challenges and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical engineering, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex chemical engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Expertise in process design, safety assessment, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
