Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop sustainable chemical processes, focusing on renewable feedstocks and reduced environmental impact.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize emissions.
• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) and environmental impact studies for new and existing processes.
• Evaluate and implement novel green chemistry technologies and approaches.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to integrate sustainable practices into production.
• Stay current with advancements in green chemistry, circular economy principles, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering , Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on sustainable chemical processes or green chemistry.
• Experience with process modeling, optimization, and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies and environmental impact analysis.
• Familiarity with renewable energy sources and their integration into chemical processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective remote work.
