Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes from laboratory scale to pilot and full-scale production.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate process parameters and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure seamless technology transfer from research to manufacturing.
• Analyze process data, generate reports, and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Ensure processes meet all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues encountered during development and scale-up.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in chemical process development or R&D.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and pilot plant operations.
• Strong understanding of reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and separation technologies.
• Excellent data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical software.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
