Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for new and existing products, focusing on yield, purity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct experimental studies and pilot plant trials to validate process designs and operating parameters.
• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure all process development activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for process validation and scale-up.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and production staff to facilitate technology transfer and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 3-5 years of experience in process development or chemical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and pilot-scale operations.
• Familiarity with process control strategies and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of chemical kinetics, reaction engineering, and separation processes.
• Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
