Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for the development and optimization of chemical processes.
• Scale up processes from laboratory to pilot plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and robustness.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and develop clear, concise technical reports.
• Collaborate with R&D scientists and production engineers to troubleshoot and resolve process challenges.
• Develop and refine process models and simulations to predict performance and guide development efforts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process development or scale-up.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and process analytical technologies.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering and process control principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
