Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes from pilot scale to commercial production, focusing on yield, purity, and throughput.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate process parameters and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with research chemists and plant engineers to ensure successful technology transfer.
• Evaluate and implement new process technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure all process development activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or manufacturing support.
• Hands-on experience with pilot plant operations and experimental design.
• Familiarity with chemical reaction engineering principles and unit operations.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems relevant to the chemical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
