Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions.
• Develop and refine existing chemical manufacturing processes to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve safety.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to test process improvements and new methodologies.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations on process performance and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operational integration.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies within the manufacturing plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in chemical process development or optimization.
• Familiarity with process control systems and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques relevant to chemical process analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
