About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process deviations and equipment issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Monitor key process parameters and ensure they are maintained within specified limits.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production problems and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Assist in the validation and commissioning of new equipment and process modifications.
• Ensure all process activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Practical experience with process troubleshooting and problem-solving in a production environment.
• Familiarity with process control systems and data analysis.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the chemical industry.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operators and technicians.
