Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data using statistical tools and software to identify areas for improvement in yield, energy consumption, and throughput.
• Develop and implement advanced process control (APC) strategies to optimize operating conditions.
• Utilize simulation software to model process changes and predict their impact on performance.
• Collaborate remotely with plant engineers and operators to diagnose and resolve process issues.
• Develop and document best practices for process operation and optimization.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on optimization initiatives and their outcomes.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and data analysis.
• Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency with process simulation and modeling software (e.g., Aspen Plus, MATLAB).
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a remote setting .
