About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's global operational strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives.
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including supply chain, logistics, production, and customer service.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in senior operational leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a COO or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling operations in a global context.
• Expertise in strategic planning , financial management, and operational excellence .
• Exceptional leadership , decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in a remote-first or distributed operational environment.
