About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead their operational functions and drive business performance from their Oxford office. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior operational leadership roles, such as COO, VP of Operations, or Director of Operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and driving significant improvements.
- Strong understanding of business process management, supply chain, and financial operations.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
