Chief People & Culture Officer - Global Growth & M&A

Hoxton Wealth Group is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer to lead an end-to-end people strategy across culture, talent, leadership, performance and reward. You will partner with the CEO and ExCo to scale a high-performance people function globally as the business grows.

Based in London or Dubai, the role requires hands-on M&A integration, workforce planning, and the use of technology and AI to streamline people processes while maintaining strong governance across multiple jurisdictions
