About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology operations and innovation efforts in the burgeoning Crypto & Blockchain sector. This executive role, based in a fully remote capacity, will be responsible for setting the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution across all engineering and product development functions. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a strong emphasis on blockchain and decentralized technologies.
• Lead and manage all aspects of technology development, including software engineering, product development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure blockchain platforms and applications.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Drive technological innovation, identify emerging trends, and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of all technology systems and processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling technology organizations.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology , cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Demonstrated experience in setting technical strategy and driving product innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in the Crypto & Blockchain industry is highly desirable.
