Key Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments for children from infancy through early childhood.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct support and guidance to children and their families.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as pediatricians, educators, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate families on child development milestones and strategies to support their child's growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records and progress notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Child Development, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working directly with children and families in a developmental or therapeutic capacity.
• Knowledge of child development theories and assessment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with safeguarding procedures.
