About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and reliable Childcare Assistant to support their busy nursery in Nottingham . This role involves working under the guidance of experienced practitioners to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children. You will assist with daily routines, activities, and ensure the well-being of the children. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and caring for children during play and learning activities.
• Support with feeding, changing, and hygiene routines as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy environment within the nursery.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities under the direction of senior staff.
• Observe children's behaviour and report any concerns to the room leader.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
