About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Childcare Centre Supervisor to oversee a team and ensure the smooth operation of their centre in Plymouth . You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, safety, and education for the children, while also supporting and managing the childcare staff. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Children's Learning and Development).
• Significant experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare setting.
