About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Centre Supervisor to manage and oversee operations at their reputable facility in Oxford . In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services, leading a team of dedicated professionals, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. You will work closely with management, staff, parents, and children to uphold the centre's standards and foster a positive community atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of childcare staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• Ensure the implementation of a stimulating and age-appropriate curriculum that supports children's learning and development.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety, and safeguarding standards within the centre.

Requirements

• Relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
