Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with children, providing emotional support and encouragement.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development and daily activities.

Requirements

• Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
• Experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
