A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join its Derby office. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with Childcare Panel membership to work on a diverse range of private and public law children matters within a supportive and professional team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of childcare matters, including private family, public law, and emergency proceedings. You will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality advice to clients, representing them at hearings and ensuring excellent client service.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with current Childcare Panel membership, strong advocacy skills, and a proven ability to manage complex cases. Experience in both private and public law matters is highly desirable.
