About the Role

Our client is a busy childminding setting in Milton Keynes looking for a passionate and reliable Childminder Assistant to support their lead childminder. You will play a crucial role in providing a stimulating and safe environment for a small group of children, assisting with daily routines, activities, and care. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and caring for children aged 0-5 years.
• Help plan and lead engaging play-based learning activities.
• Support children with daily routines, including feeding, napping, and hygiene.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
• Maintain a clean and tidy play environment.
• Communicate effectively with the lead childminder and parents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
