Key Responsibilities

• Assist the childminder in providing high-quality care and supervision for children of various ages.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Support with nappy changing, toileting, and hygiene routines.
• Maintain a clean and tidy play environment and assist with light household chores related to the childcare setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience or a strong interest in working with children is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Awareness of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
