Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating home environment for children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development across all areas.
• Support children's individual needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any significant incidents.
• Communicate openly and effectively with parents and guardians about their child's care and development.

Requirements

• Registered or willing to register with the relevant childcare regulatory body (e.g., Ofsted in the UK).
• Relevant childcare qualifications or extensive experience working with children.
• Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle for outings.
• Excellent understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a home-based childcare business effectively.
