About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and caring Childminder to join their household in Coventry . This role involves providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children. You will be instrumental in fostering their social, emotional, and intellectual development through engaging activities and consistent care. This position offers the chance to work closely with a family, understanding their needs and contributing to the children's daily lives in a meaningful way. Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a varied curriculum of play-based learning activities.
• Supervise children's activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks, catering to specific needs or allergies.
• Maintain a clean and organized play and living environment for the children.
• Provide regular feedback to parents on the children's development and daily experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Childminder or similar childcare professional.
• Knowledge of early years foundation stage principles.
• Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Up-to-date DBS check and paediatric first aid certificate.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.
