Key areas of responsibility:

Designing and teaching purposeful lessons that capture pupils' interest. Using assessment effectively to identify progress, respond to gaps and maintain ambitious outcomes. Establishing a respectful learning space in which every pupil can contribute and belong. Helping to shape schemes of work and extending learning beyond timetabled lessons. Embedding British Values while deepening pupils' awareness of fairness, difference and belonging.
