Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to construction and handover.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial statements.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or site engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and site operations.
• Familiarity with project management software and techniques.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, suitable for site-based collaboration.
