You will be the key interface between design teams, site operations, and clients, managing all aspects of project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects from inception to handover.
- Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project progression.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or site engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site operations.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
