Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control and compliance with engineering standards.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols on all project sites.
• Prepare project documentation, including progress reports and site meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar site-based role within civil engineering.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, site management, and project planning software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
