Claims Handler - Motor Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor insurance claims, including First Notification of Loss (FNOL).
• Assess claim validity, liaise with policyholders, repairers, and third-party insurers.
• Investigate claims thoroughly, gather evidence, and make fair settlement decisions within authority limits.
• Negotiate settlements with third parties and their representatives where appropriate.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all claim activity on the internal system.
