Claims Handler - Motor Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming motor insurance claims, conducting initial assessments and verifying policy cover.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with policyholders, repairers, and other involved parties.
• Gather all necessary documentation and evidence to support the claim investigation.
• Process payments for approved claims, repairs, and associated costs in a timely manner.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims and escalate them to the fraud investigation team.
• Ensure all claims are managed in accordance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in handling insurance claims, preferably within motor insurance.
