About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and thorough Claims Investigator to join their team in Bradford . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious and potentially fraudulent insurance claims.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documentation, statements, and surveillance information.
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to obtain information.
• Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports for management review.
• Liaise with legal counsel, law enforcement, and other external agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case files and records in the investigation management system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in claims investigation, fraud detection, or a related field within the insurance sector.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in evidence gathering, interviewing techniques, and report writing.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance claims and fraud.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
