About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline cleaning services within their facilities in Oxford . This role is vital for ensuring that all cleaning operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. You will be responsible for scheduling cleaning staff, managing resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and acting as a key point of contact for operational queries. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and safe environment for all users of the facilities, working on-site to oversee day-to-day activities and support the cleaning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning activities and staff assignments.
• Oversee the management of cleaning supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements
