Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and solutions related to client accounts, products, and services.
- Assist clients with navigating platforms, troubleshooting issues, and completing necessary processes.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Identify client needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Contribute to building strong client relationships through consistent and helpful support.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Client Support or Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.
- Strong customer focus with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively within a hybrid work schedule .
