About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Support Coordinator to join their expanding team, operating entirely remotely to serve clients in and around Norwich . This key role focuses on ensuring clients receive timely and effective support, acting as a primary point of contact for queries, service arrangements, and ongoing care needs. You will play a vital part in coordinating services, liaising with support providers, and ensuring client satisfaction and well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of support services, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Liaise with a network of care providers and external agencies to confirm service arrangements.
- Maintain detailed client records, including progress notes, service agreements, and contact logs.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client support , care coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a home-based environment.
