Client Support Specialist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join their busy office in Wolverhampton . This role is focused on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive excellent service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on product usage. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-centric, and possesses excellent communication skills, thriving in an office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, managing all aspects of their support needs.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Provide product information, training, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain detailed client records and communication logs in the CRM system.
• Proactively engage with clients to identify potential issues and opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client support, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
