About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join their hybrid team in Wolverhampton . This role is fundamental in ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective assistance, fostering strong and lasting relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and support needs. This position offers a balanced approach, allowing for both in-office collaboration in Wolverhampton and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for client issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy of information and prompt resolution of queries.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through initial setup and product features.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Document all client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address client needs and drive satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Client Support Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and support ticketing software.
• Ability to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
