About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and professional Clinical Aesthetician to join their advanced medical spa located in the scenic city of Plymouth . This role requires a blend of aesthetic expertise and a clinical understanding, working closely with medical professionals to provide advanced treatments. You will be responsible for delivering a range of non-invasive cosmetic procedures, focusing on delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction in a sophisticated medical environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced clinical skincare treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL, chemical peels, and microneedling.
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and client consultations to create tailored treatment plans.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate home care regimens.
- Administer injectable treatments like Botox and dermal fillers under the supervision of a physician.
- Maintain meticulous client records, documenting treatments, progress, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and clinical skincare.
- Assist in managing clinic operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Aesthetic Dermal Therapy or equivalent (e.g., CIDESCO, IHBC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing clinical aesthetic treatments.
- Proficiency in operating advanced aesthetic devices and administering cosmetic injectables.
- Strong understanding of dermatology, skin physiology, and cosmetic science.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a medical team and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Current certifications in CPR and relevant aesthetic procedures.
