£50,000 - £51,000. Monday–Friday. Hybrid. Still Using Your Clinical Expertise.Could you see yourself earning up to £51,000 without another night shift, weekend rota or long clinical shift?
We're recruiting Clinical Functional Assessors in Slough for a role where your clinical expertise is still highly valued — but your working day looks very different.
You'll conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments on behalf of the DWP, review medical evidence and use your clinical knowledge and professional judgement to understand how health conditions and disabilities affect an individual's daily life and functional ability.
You'll then produce clear, objective and evidence-based reports.
No previous assessor experience required — full paid training is provided.

Who We're Looking ForWe're interested in healthcare professionals with:
Active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience Experience managing complex health conditions Strong communication and report-writing skills Good IT skills Confidence working independently and managing a caseloadSuitable backgrounds include Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedicine and Pharmacy. Full UK right to work required. Sponsorship is not available.
