Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a dedicated nurse and care team in the Bridgend area. This is a really lovely opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting and developing a high-performing clinical team.
Essential:
* Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
* Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role within a nursing home setting
* Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Has excellent understanding of clinical governance and care regulations
