Job Description
Hoop Nursing are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a long-standing nurse and care team at a nursing service in Bridgend.
You will support the experienced and personable Home Manager and will play a key role in leading clinical practice, supporting staff development, and promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement.
Essential:
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
* Previous experience working within a nursing home service
* Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading a team
* Experience supporting audits, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
* Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care
