Clinical Research Associate - Remote

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their dynamic team, operating on a fully remote basis, supporting studies across the UK. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials by monitoring study sites, verifying data integrity, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key part in advancing critical research that impacts patient care, working autonomously while maintaining strong connections with study teams and site personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRA seeking flexibility and the ability to manage their workload from a home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical data reported by study sites.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards at all participating sites.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and other site staff.
• Prepare and submit accurate monitoring reports, track action items, and follow up on site issues until resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate .
• Thorough understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clinical trial sites effectively from a distance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
