Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join their dedicated clinical operations team in Coventry . This vital role involves overseeing and managing clinical trials to ensure data integrity, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in the successful execution of studies, acting as a key liaison between investigators, study sites, and the sponsor. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data collected at study sites.
• Manage site communications, providing training and support to investigators and study staff.
• Oversee site initiation, interim monitoring visits, and close-out activities.
• Identify and report adverse events and deviations from protocol in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site files and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar clinical trial management role.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proven experience in site monitoring, data review, and query resolution.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with site personnel.
