About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join their dynamic team in Coventry . You will work closely with investigators, study coordinators, and pharmaceutical sponsors to oversee the execution of clinical research protocols, ensuring patient safety and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data collected at study sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators and site staff, addressing queries and providing support.
• Conduct site initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits according to study plans.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or in a similar clinical research role.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to travel to study sites.
