Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

Our client seeks a meticulous and dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their expanding team in Coventry . This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing clinical trials to ensure they are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the study protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical part in bringing new pharmaceutical therapies to market by ensuring the safety and integrity of clinical research data. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols, SOPs, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and validity of clinical trial data through source data verification and query resolution.
• Conduct pre-study, initiation, interim, and close-out visits for clinical trial sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar monitoring role within the Pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
