Job Title: CNC Programmer Location: Cramlington Contract Type: Permanent

Shifts: Days, Backs and Nights Pay: £38k basic with shift allowance on days and backs - meaning your OTE yearly is £43,445

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimise CNC programmes (fanuc and mazak) for various machining processes. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in production. Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure peak performance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC controls. Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
