Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
• Challenge business assumptions and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand business drivers.
• Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis for new and existing products/services.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to non-finance audiences.
