Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities for FMCG brands .
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key commercial metrics and trends in the Norwich region and beyond.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and pricing strategies.
• Conduct post-launch analysis for new products and campaigns, assessing their commercial impact.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for improving profitability across the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Analyst , Financial Analyst, or Business Analyst, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of commercial drivers and business performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field.
