About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join their thriving practice in Bradford . This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining essential in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for the design and development of a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will ensure that designs are innovative, commercially viable, and meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. This is a key position for an architect passionate about creating dynamic and functional commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for commercial projects from inception through to construction.
• Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet client objectives and market demands.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and commercial best practices.
• Oversee the technical aspects of design development and construction documentation.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering successful commercial projects .
• Strong proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design software.
• Excellent understanding of commercial real estate development and market trends.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office and remote setup.
