About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join their busy practice in Wolverhampton . This role focuses on designing and delivering a range of commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, from conceptualisation and planning through to technical detailing and on-site supervision. We are looking for a commercially astute architect with a proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver successful, innovative, and profitable architectural solutions within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development for commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare high-quality architectural designs, presentations, and documentation for client approval and planning applications.
• Ensure designs meet commercial viability, aesthetic requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with significant experience in commercial architecture.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful commercial and mixed-use project delivery.
